Service Navigator Program offers assistance to Gold Coast residents who have been affected by flooding

What Service Navigator is about?

We work collaboratively with you to reach specific goals, that can be addressed by single service providers, or complex goals that require a co-ordinated response across more than one service provider.

It is a collaborative, client-centred process aimed  to empower, and increase self-reliance and independence. The Flood support program offers individual case management

Service Navigator Program handle:

• We can provide information and referral and act as a gateway to more specialised support services
  We understand the impact flooding can have on personal , family, relationship and/or financial issues.
• We can also assist those applying for Qld. Government Structural Assistant Grants(SAG), or Resilient Homes Fund (RHF).

This project is jointly funded by the Australian and Queensland governments under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements.
